Since 2012, we have recognised and celebrated hundreds of franchise executives, departments, and entire organisations for their innovation and inspiring leadership.

Franchising is leading the way in developing a business industry that attracts talented female entrepreneurs and business leaders who are shaping the future – women who push boundaries, set new standards and overcome adversity. The EWiF Awards recognise those achievements, showcasing the successes of the best women (and men) in the franchise industry.

Following the phenomenal success of the EWiF Awards in 2023, the 2024 award ceremony will once again recognise the achievements of women from all kinds of businesses, large and small, across the whole of the UK.  Our award categories are  designed to celebrate women right across the UK, from every sector and from businesses of all ages and all sizes. We boast a wide range of categories, aimed at supporting and celebrating not only more established brands, but those who are just starting up too. The awards are free to enter and open to all UK businesses involved in franchising, businesses do not need to be an EWiF member to enter.
