The impact winning these awards has had on my business is already clear to see. It has been heartwarming to receive such wonderful feedback and messages of congratulations since we announced the award wins on social media. As well as the PR, it has also given the team and franchise network a wonderful boost.

Claire O’Connor, babyballet – Inspirational Woman of the Year 2021

Winning this award gives potential clients and staff confidence that we are a great company to work for and to receive a service from, enabling us to continue to grow our business faster, perhaps, than we would have without it.

Hannah Drury, Caremark – Young Woman in Franchising of the Year 2021

EWiF’s work and these awards, in particular, provide an incredibly important platform for women in franchising. Not only do they champion women’s inspiring achievements and business success, but they also provide a valuable opportunity to show what it takes to succeed in the franchise sector.

Jess Pritchard, Moneypenny – Sponsor of the New Woman Franchisee of the Year Award 2022

Winning this award will help us stand out to potential Franchise Owners and elevate our brand even further, and it will hopefully attract even more women to join the Right at Home family.

About the Awards

Our Mission

The EWiF Awards are dedicated to celebrating and supporting the incredible achievements of women in the franchising industry. Our mission is to recognise and honour the exceptional women who are driving change, breaking barriers, and setting new standards in franchising. We aim to inspire more women to consider franchising as a viable and rewarding career path, fostering a supportive community where women can thrive and succeed.

Our History

Founded in 2012, the EWiF Awards were established to shine a spotlight on the often-overlooked contributions of women in franchising. Since their inception, the awards have been proudly sponsored by NatWest, whose unwavering support has been instrumental in our growth and success. Over the years, we have evolved from a small initiative into a prestigious event that attracts leading figures from across the industry. Our awards celebrate a diverse range of categories, ensuring that the full spectrum of women’s achievements in franchising is recognised.

Our Impact

Over the past decade, the EWiF Awards have had a profound impact on the franchising industry. By highlighting the success stories of women, we have encouraged more women to enter the world of franchising and pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. Our awards not only celebrate individual achievements but also foster a sense of community and support among women in franchising.

Our 2025 Sponsorship is now open!

As a small non-profit organisation, we rely heavily on the generous support of sponsors to create an impactful and memorable event. By sponsoring this ceremony, you will not only be supporting these inspiring women but also aligning your brand with values of diversity, empowerment, and excellence.
