Berkeley has a wide knowledge in UK franchising as both franchisee and franchisor. Berkeley was always looking how to improve the performance of his UK team and as such he used Sandler techniques and methodology with his 110 franchisees which delivered an average growth of 10% year on year whilst also improving client retention rates.
