Little Dreams Consulting, a Bristol-based baby and child sleep consultancy, is officially the UK’s first (and only) sleep consultancy course to be approved by the Association of Professional Seep Consultants.
Little Dreams pride themselves on providing incredibly high standard sleep services in a consistent, ethical and evidence-based way across the UK. They knew they needed to build a network of sleep consultants to be able to help families all over the country which is why they built and launched the Little Dreams franchise opportunity.
Although they were the first UK sleep consultancy franchise, reached British Franchise Association accreditation within months of launching (meaning their business model was scrutinised to the highest degree), and achieved BFA expanding membership within the first two years, this was not enough. With backgrounds as a solicitor and social worker, founders Jenna Wilson and Fay Smith wanted to be 100% credible in the sleep industry and so, after having their training course heavily scrutinised, they can finally announce they are the U.K.’s first, and currently only, Association of Professional Sleep Consultants approved training program.

About :
‘Little Dreams Consulting’ was set up in 2016 by Jenna Wilson, a childcare solicitor and mother of three children. She has always felt incredibly strongly that sleep is imperative for good health and development of children and decided to initially train as a sleep consultant with Dana Obleman of Sleep Sense.
She has since trained with The Sleep Charity (UK) (who offer guidance on sleep under the NHS in the north west) and, after the birth of her third child in late 2016, she decided not to go back to law but concentrate on helping other families get a better night’s sleep!
Jenna realised early on that, in order to help all the families who needed help as soon as possible, another consultant was needed so in January 2019 Fay Smith joined, having completed all the training that Jenna had and there are now 3 members of the Little Dreams Consulting team. On top of this, the Little Dreams franchise opportunity was launched in December 2021 which now boasts 6 territories and over 1250 well rested families!
A Little Dreams franchise offers the best of both worlds – the flexibility and excitement of running your own business, while being part of, and supported by, an established brand. It’s a full or part-time opportunity, and franchisees can choose the hours to suit their life and commitments. This unique opportunity is open to anyone, but it might particularly suit women seeking a new career after having children.
