The HR Dept provide outsourced advice and practical support to small and medium-sized businesses, who need corporate level HR support provided by experienced professionals but without the cost of an in-house HR department. This local and personal, but nationwide service, is delivered through a national franchise network currently serving more than 6,000 SMEs. The HR Dept can offer a 10% discount for EWIF ambassadors who are looking to register for our retained Advice Line + service, for the first year. This discount is applied to the cost of the service excluding the cost of employment tribunal insurance.
Our Advice Line + service includes the benefit of keeping core documents updated, ensuring documentation stays legally compliant. In addition, The HR Dept can offer a 5% discount on all pay as you go services. All EWIF ambassadors looking to work with The HR Dept will also receive a complimentary initial HR review and can opt to receive our monthly newsletter People Matter providing updates on current HR and Employment Law news.
