When I heard the statistic that 75% of women didn’t exercise through fear of judgment, I knew I needed to do something about it.
At On Broadway® Dance Fitness, our mission is to provide women with a FUN form of fitness, in non-judgmental venues designed for women of all ages, shapes, sizes, and skill levels.
We believe EVERY woman deserves to feel confident, allow time for themselves and find something they love to do to improve their physical and mental health and wellbeing.
On Broadway® Dance Fitness brings Broadway magic to life using top hats, boas, canes, and iconic songs from popular Broadway shows.
We empower our franchisees to build successful and fulfilling businesses while inspiring women to embrace confidence, prioritise self-care, and find joy in fitness through the magic of musicals and dance.
We provide our franchisees with the choreography, marketing, tools, support, and community they need to create an exciting and profitable business whilst providing fun, inclusive environments where women of all ages can confidently reveal their inner showgirl and dance like no one is watching.

Razzamataz was created with a simple dream, to make performing arts available to all young people no matter their background or circumstances. We want to give children everywhere the chance to attend classes taught by experienced performers, who can give them the perfect introduction to the most wonderful industry in the world! To do this, we have ensured classes are affordable, our curriculum is fun and current, and attending our classes is made as easy as possible. Over the years we have created a business system that helps keep costs down and class numbers up, bringing our classes to towns and villages as well as the larger cities.
Our business was established in 2000 and was backed in 2007 by BBC’s Dragons’ Den. Today franchising is allowing us to achieve our dream, because it gives the finest talent across the country the opportunity to own and manage a successful business whilst following a tried and tested system. It also means our franchisees can set up their school on their own doorstep, and bring their passion, talent and commitment to the young people of the local area.Winners of the Prestigious Workbuzz Best Franchise Award 2021 in the £2-10 Million turnover category. In 2018, Hayley Limpkin, our franchisee at Razzamataz Medway, won the bfa HSBC Franchisee of the Year Awards in the ‘lifestyle category’. Franchisees nominated in this category are seen to operate a profitable franchise which also offers a good work-life balance and scope for growth.
