Stagecoach Performing Arts
About Stagecoach
Stagecoach Performing Arts was founded in 1988 and today, it is the UK’s largest network of extra-curricular performing arts schools for children aged four to 18.
Stagecoach aims to inspire our students, making a difference in their lives by teaching Creative Courage For Life®.
Children learn through three-hour sessions that focus equal attention on each of the ‘triple threat’ components – singing, dancing and acting. Their learning is guided by an Educational Framework developed by Stagecoach for each stage of their journey. Each school is given the creative freedom to adapt the content to the interests and ages of their own students.
Stagecoach helps children develop life skills and grow into well-rounded individuals, ready to embrace life and all its opportunities. It teaches children to thrive and gain the courage to be themselves, whatever they do. None of us know what the future holds, which is why it’s so important for today’s children to be resilient, brave and self-assured.
As an international franchise, Stagecoach operates over 3,000 schools, run by more than 300 franchisees who are changing the lives of 60,000 children every week. Stagecoach has a brand presence across eight countries including the UK, Canada, Germany, Australia, Malta, Spain, Gibraltar and Lithuania.
Notable alumni are Emma Watson, Jamie Bell, Eleanor Tomlinson, Tuppence Middleton, Tom Fletcher, Dani Harmer, Josh Cuthbert, Danny Mac, Charlotte Jaconelli and Bella Ramsey.
